Would there be any interest in having an annual all-WIWAG championship? It would help tie the three leagues together, particularly for those of us who do not participate in all three. Sort of like (and I may get shot for this) soccer's Champions' League in Europe.
We could start with a 12-game round robin tourney with each team playing a 2-game home and 2-game road series against each of the other two. The finals would then be a seven-game series between the two teams coming out of the round-robin with the best records. If one manager gets two teams in, he would have the computer manager coach the road team in each game between the two. If somebody had all three teams, we would have to conduct an investigation. . . ;-)
The first could be held once 1948, 1960, and 1971 championship series have all three finished. I know the seasons do not coincide, so it would involve at least one of the champions going back to "last year" to manage their team through the tournament.
Thoughts? Remember, no flaming. :-)

Hmmm, no comments so far. Might have to take this on myself, let the computer manager do the work. Unless Red Mountain wins WIWAG I someday, in which case I would have to manage them myself against the computer manager for the other two teams. That is, of course, highly unlikely to ever happen. Perhaps even inconceivable. Anyway, just might have to do that. The Blue Claws have played their way in. Who will be next?
